Return & Refund Policy:

We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.

  • Mail us within 3 working days (support@isitaara.com) along with your order id & reason of return.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory.
  • We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only. A gift card (unlimited validity) is given. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 60 per order which will be borne by the customer. The voucher will be issued after deducting INR 60 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.  

Note:

1. Damage & Missing Product: We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end.  Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request. 

In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.

You will receive store credit for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.

  1. Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelery is highlighted in zoom.
  2. You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box.If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
  3. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

 2. Dislike: In case of dislike of any product upon delivery within 3 days of delivery. One can mail us for reverse pickup.  Please note that the shipping charges of Rs 60 will be deducted by us. You can mail us at support@isitaara.com. We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. All Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only

You will receive the gift voucher within 7 days after the product is received by us, provided that the product is not used and is in good condition. Upon Rejection of the same voucher won't be initiated. 

  • Once you have mailed the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
  • Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service

 

3. Return and exchange will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis. We no longer accommodate requests for return and exchange on a product-by-product basis.

4. Any single jewellery in a combo/ gift box cannot be replaced or returned.

5. Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.

Cancellation Policy:

Considering operational challenges, we do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.

We aim to deliver your jewellery safely and quickly so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on cart value of ₹699 or above. Alternately, flat ₹99 will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹699. This shipping fee is non refundable.

Many promotions may include free shipping on qualifying orders.

International Shipping

We don't offer International Shipping currently.
