Return Window: 

1. We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@isitaara.com with your Order ID and the reason for your return. 

Return Options & Fees:  

1. All eligible returns and exchanges are processed as store credit via an Isitaara Gift Card with unlimited validity.
2. Return Shipping: A reverse pickup fee of INR 60 per order will be deducted from your final store credit voucher to cover shipping and collection costs.
3. Process: Once your return request is approved via email, our courier partner will attempt a reverse pickup. Please ensure you are available for the pickup. If a reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, we will provide instructions for alternative shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items:

1.       Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days at support@isitaara.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item back.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

1. Final sale items purchased during special promotional offers, clearance sales or contests cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Individual items included inside a customized combo or gift box cannot be returned individually.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Order Cancellations

1.       Because we process and pack orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed by our warehouse.

We aim to deliver your jewellery safely and quickly so you can start enjoying it as soon as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Timelines (PAN India)

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Standard shipping is completely free on all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or above. 
• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied to orders under ₹499. This shipping fee is non-refundable. 

Many promotions may include free shipping on qualifying orders.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee address modifications or cancellations once the package has been handed over to our courier partners.
